Former Economic Services Director for the Department of Social Services with 35 years of service. Included programs of Food Stamps, Medicaid, Work First cash and Social Work services, pauper burials and Energy Assistance. Firm believer in the Golden Rule as well as the Platinum Rule. Customer service should always be a number one priority and as such, when I retired I became a secret shopper to try and help businesses improve their customer service delivery. Joined this association the same month I retired and was appointed to the Membership Committee. Decided to retire from that role June 30, 2021. Wish more members would become involved and help the association grow. 😊
